Based in Post Falls, Idaho, A Piece of Harmony Events is a full-service wedding planning business. Founder and lead planner Sydney Schatz has organized more than 700 events and has previously managed two venues and been an event coordinator at another. Sydney has received certificates in wedding and event planning, corporate events, and event decor. Since 2014, this dedicated wedding planner has been committed to organizing seamless events with a specific vision in mind. Depending on the needs of the couple, A Piece of Harmony Events can provide assistance with full or partial planning. Consultations can be a standalone meeting or act as part of a package, where Sydney can hear about your ideas and hopes for your wedding day. She can work with however many visions you may or may not have to help bring your dreams into being. Through her extensive experience, Sydney can recommend trusted, high-quality services and businesses a couple may wish to use. With her curated timelines and to-do lists, as well as her day-of coordination services, all of the various elements that make up a wedding day can smoothly come together.
You have a vision, you know exactly what you want your big day to look like and which vendors you want to work with, but you still can't be everywhere at once on your big day. We will meet a couple of times prior to go over every detail big and small, so that by the time the big day rolls around I can take over and you can sip mimosas.
You have been dreaming about this day since you were little. You have a vision in your head, but as you start trying to put all the pieces together you seem to get overwhelmed. Whether you need help finding your entire vendor dream team or just need help filling in the gaps, I will be there to recommend all the right people, coordinate all the moving pieces and ultimately bring your vision to life.
For when you don't even know where to begin! The idea of organizing your perfect day simply stresses you out or maybe you just don't have the time. I will help with everything from assembling your dream team of vendors to creating the perfect menu to making sure your decor is spot on. If you have vague ideas, a few solid must-haves or no ideas at all, together we will create a vision for your dream day. I will even help with those tedious tasks, like addressing envelopes. You will also have full access to my decor supply to help create the perfect feel for your day and I will supply customized cocktail napkins of your choice!
